It runs from start to current end and already has most of the subtitles implemented. Everything is still in 720p wip resolution with lower sample rates.Final version will be 1080p with proper sampling, full sound design and VA.
Over the last month I've been working all over the project again.
Expanded and refined the intro quite a bit
Changed lighting in a couple scenes
Updated physics in a bunch of shots
Reworked the final climax liquid sim again
The last scenes liquid sim looks better now, but its also insanely heavy.Blender crashes pretty regularly when theres a lot of liquid involved, so a few overnight renders just died halfway through.Woke up to almost no progress more than once.
Most face animations are still quite stiff, proper facial animation will come once I have the final VA lines recorded.
On top of that, I've been pretty caught up with IRL work, I got a decent promotion a while back and am now handling media broadcast engineering stuff on a nationwide scale.Its honestly pretty cool, but it definitely shortened the amount of time I can spend on 3D during the week.
Because of that job, I think some of the production mindset bled into this project as well.I ended up reworking a few things just because I couldn't ignore small quality details anymore. Lighting tweaks, pacing adjustments, subtle refinements that probably most people wouldn't notice directly, but I notice them.So some time went into raising the overall polish.

A lot of the recent progress has been focused on the cinematic SFW buildup and technical polish on earlier scenes.The project is obviously still very NSFW and I know thats mainly what most people are here for.Since the current work is more structural and intro-heavy, I don't feel great charging during that stretch.
I do this because I enjoy animation and pushing myself, not just making pure loop content.I'll still do those occasionally, but this project is meant to be something bigger.
