Behold: the next WARHOUND story! This one is, in truth, a bit of a self-indulgent side-piece, more of a long hangover from RESCUE HOUND than something which advances the narrative properly. I have no shortage of plans in that department, but there's been a lot of demand for a story focusing on Kione and Amynta, especially after their appearence in SHOWHOUND. And... in the end, I just couldn't resist. The idea really sunk its teeth into me, and then very inconsiderately grew into a whole three-part affair. So, here's the first:
After months of captivity, Amynta Tet gets a shot at revenge at Kione Monax in a duel that demands she give everything - including what’s left of her sanity
A quick note on chronology: this part is about the breaking of Amynta. It takes place between RESCUE HOUND and SHOWHOUND, although it is somewhat capitalizing on the reader's foreknowledge of what she becomes. The second part will take place after SHOWHOUND, and the third will be something else entirely :)
