Hey everyone! This is just going to be quick note about how things have been lately, and what the next few months of writing are going to look like
First and foremost, I'm sorry that my pace of writing has been so slow. I promise you, nobody is more frustrated than I am - but you're the ones who support me so generously each and every month, and so I really do owe you an apology
While I'm not going to go into too much detail, I do feel obliged to offer something of an explanation. Over the past month or so, things have been extremely rough on me on a few personal fronts. Looking back, you might be able to see that, at the start of November, things were going great, and then kind of fell of a cliff. Well... yeah. Things have been going on. I've been getting to grips with it all little by little and clawing back some energy and writing time, but the holidays are never much help with that either. Still, I'm feeling optimistic that things are returning to normal - hence the releases today. Going forward, especially into the new year, I will get better and write more. That's a promise
To turn to happier things and specifics, I also wanted to briefly outline what, exactly, that writing is going to look like! At time of writing, I just posted the first part of Archon (a WARHOUND story about Kione and Amynta) for $12 patrons. The plan is to write the second and third/final parts immediately, and have them out before the new year - I've already begun work on them. Following that, I owe you all last month's poll story. That is still coming! I haven't forgotten, it's just that Life Events have really pushed my timeline around. After that we'll be in January, which means another poll story, and I'll also be following through on the commissions still in my queue (I haven't forgotten about those either, I promise!) And beyond that, I want to keep a regular rhythm of WARHOUND and non-WARHOUND releases, plus open up for comms again in perhaps February or March
Anyway, that's what the future holds! Thank you all for bearing with me during this difficult time. Your patience means more to me than I can say. Happy holiday season, and a happy forthcoming new year <3
