Happy Monday!
Great push last week. I reviewed what's left and here's where I'm at;
There are 5 scenes left to work on. Pushing Koko's two scenes to the next chapter was a lot off my plate. It saved time from having to create two whole new environments plus several throwaway characters. Both scenes are important which is why I pushed them into the next chapter instead of scrapping them.
I need to go back and fix one scene. This chapter I worked out of order for the first time and really didn't like it. It really just disrupts my organization of things. And by fix, I don't mean the entire scene. Just a handful of renders.
There's also 6 lewd scenes I need to animate. I also reached out to Puggy for him to handle a non-lewd animation.
So;
5 scenes left
Correct one scene
6 lewd scene animations to wrap up (will likely do these while BETA team tests when we get there)
There's still one part of this chapter I'm stuck on, or debating rather. This whole chapter has gone through several re-writes. I have many scenes I craft and take notes for and can't wait to work on. This chapter has one of those pivotal scenes. A handful of scenes were moved, cutout or merged. It's been a process as I try to balance out the fun scenes that involve Artemis+INK girls. Then the other scenes that push the story (especially with the McCreed Expo just around the corner). It's been a serious balancing act. And the scene I'm stuck on is the final scene. I've written two versions and I'm debating which to go with, as it really sets the tone for how CH8 opens. This isn't really abnormal for me. I tend to rewrite things throughout development, especially how chapters end. For example CH2 had MC's monologue or rather a message to his mom as CH2 closed out. The original script had something much different. Anyways, I have 4 scenes to work on while I think on it more, before working on that final 5th scene.
