Loomia is an ancient artifact that has been revived through the magic of emissive wizardry. Another collaboration, this time with Zane Rogers aka @darkartefactdesign, a talented artist creating mesmerizing 3D artifacts for printing.
The reward includes 8 VJ clips and 4 element clips. We begin with light reveals that unveil Loomia in various ways, followed by an awakened Loomia with its mask opening and emitting light to the beat. The third clip provides a close-up of the same animation. Following that, a couple of clips on a transparent background can be composited live with an empty hall clip. Additionally, there are 4 elemental clips that are rotated to the side to maximize pixel usage. These can be used for mapping or composed together in various ways to create an ever-evolving performance.
To help you get up to speed, we've organized a Resolume Arena project for you. It includes the original clips as well as two masking examples, color variations, and variation clips created from the elemental clips. The clips and variations are neatly arranged into background and foreground layers, allowing you to effortlessly create beautiful mixes. By triggering the columns or clips in different layers, you can explore endless combinations and learn how the variations were crafted by examining the effects in the stack.
