So with Summit out of the way, and nicely planned time-wise, I can now work on my Witch Hat video! I'm gonna take a break for a short while, just because the last three videos I did back to back with no breaks. But I'll soon be up and running for this video... which will be titled (might still changed):

Witch Hat Atelier Proves Manga Isn't a Storyboard

This topic was cheekily referenced in the Summit video, regarding manga not being treated as a storyboard for anime. But the topic dives further into how so many people regard manga as "lesser" than anime. See it, not as an art form itself, but something on the side whilst waiting for the main event - its anime adaptation.

This isn't a negative video by any means. I love the anime, and will be discussing what an anime can bring as an adaptation. Eg, music, voice acting, entirely new scenes, MORE MERCH, etc etc. The video is more about appreciating both. One shouldn't be seen as better than the other, you can certainly enjoy one more, but manga is where it all started. There would be no anime without the manga.

I've already seen a thousand videos of people sharing their thoughts on the anime itself, so I didn't want to just be a repeat of what hundreds have already edited. Since my paneling video, I've always wanted to cover this topic. It was originally going to be on Land of the Lustrous, and then bam! WHA anime announcement. So I held off, because so many people in my paneling video voiced their concerns over whether the paneling could be adapted into animation. And I think that in itself is a great discussion.

So, super pumped for this project. Already have a lot of notes I've gathered whilst watching the show.
