WEEK SUMMARY
I know this one’s a bit early, but there isn’t really much more I can get done between today and tomorrow that would make any meaningful progress. So I’m just going to call this week done today.
Base Loops
This week I finished the base motion for 3 of the 10 shots. A few of these animations are things I’ve never tried before, so there’s been a lot of trial-and-error files while I worked on getting a solid base motion down.
So far though, I’m pretty happy with how they’re turning out. Some of the upcoming shots are going to be a bit challenging for me at my current level, but as long as I keep things simple and stick to the same process I’ve been using so far, I should be able to get them done.
Once I finish the base motions for all the shots, I’m planning to send them over to the VA for audio work. After that, I’ll move on to animating the intro and the peeking shots.
