Hi everyone!I'm happy to present you my next update of my "Increase-Realism" Megapack. It's crazy but this is the 6th update for FM26 already so we are at halftime of the FM26 cycle! I'm happy where the project stands at the moment. Everything is working on schedule which lets me work under less stress (which means higher quality and less bugs). This months update includes a large CA/PA update which a focus of the World Cup aswell as the usual CA/PA update. I've also re-done the "new players file" from scratch (read more down below) and added some more difficulty again;)
For BETA users:
no changes compared to the Alpha
1. CA/PA adjustments
This update includes more than 3,000 changes, including:
various nationality switches for the 2026 World Cup
missing wonderkid information such as height, stronger foot, etc.
improved attribute distribution for incompletely filled player profiles
2. Completely rebuilt of the “NEW Players” file
I have completely rebuilt the "NEW Players" file from scratch.
In total, 61 new players have been created, including top talents such as:
Max Dowman, Cavan Sullivan, Marli Salmon, Deinner Ordonez, Ebrima Tunkara and Believe Munongo.
The reason why I rebuilt the file is a bug in the old one which caused around 100 other random players to be missing in-game.
A quick note on a question that comes up quite often:
Why don’t I create a lot more wonderkids?
There are mainly two reasons for that:
The official database already contains a very high number of U16/U17 players, and in some cases even U15 players. My CA/PA file already includes many adjustments for those players, so in most cases only the very best missing talents had to be added.
Too many wonderkids damage the game balance. This affects everything from the transfer market to national team selections and the overall strength balance between nations.
The goal of my files is to ensure a certain level of consistency in the short, medium and long term. With the May Update, I have taken a big step closer to that goal.
3. Increased difficulty
The game is now a bit more challenging:
Board members are less patient with you so be prepared to get sacked more often if your results do not match the board’s expectations ;)
That’s it for this month’s changes:)
Plans until the Public Release
I will update my custom game setups with MasterIgor's CONMEBOL Update. I hope for this weekend but it's more likely at the beginning of next week:)
Looking further ahead
I am still waiting for what will most likely be the final FM26 official update, so I can work with the “final” official database.
I still have a lot planned, but at this stage it does not make much sense to include those changes due to their complexity and because every official update so far has bugged various parts of my files again and forced me to apply new fixes. I also want to run a proper longterm simulation with all my files and share it with you but my point still stands: until the final update isn't released yet, it needs to wait:D
This year really is a year of patience, not only for you, but also for me :D
But I still stand by this:
A fully modded FM26 is superior to FM24.
Step by step :D
