I know I have a lot of projects on my plate but hope you all can wait for them. As I have the Starika Unite Project to finish along with the Rika Legends of Arceus comic and now this. But I promise these are gonna be worth it all in the end!
As for this concept Rika's Rotom has taken over the Helix Pen trinket to help Star with a project, as Star looks up to Rika a lot and wants Rotom to use the trinket to help give her Transformations just like Rika! Except these transformations will be based off of regional forms of herself as a Gardevoir! So expect some creative things!
