DESCRIPTION
Coming back to Starika, the fusion between Rika and her Gardevior Star. This fusion was caused by Sandre and has had a lot of random mishaps with this new form. In this case Sandre wanted Starika to learn a move that she could not learn, so Sandre gave her traits from another Pokemon to allow Starika the usage of said illegal move. Starika gained traits from a Wild Lopunny and learned High Jump Kick! Hopefully this all works out in the end.
