Is this a surprise? Was it an obvious move? ... I didn't see it coming but Music Thing have taken the computer section of their Workshop System and turned that into the Workshop Computer. It's an 8HP multi-audio/CV/gate in and out device that uses program cards to define a wide range of audio and/or CV processing or generating functions from low level utilities, through exciting and different generators and a range of quirky FX from the more lo fi to hi fi side of things. There's also a new set of RYK cards available which have been loads of fun.
It's a long video, grab the popcorn and over priced drink for this one, but it's still in no way a comprehensive guide to everything this could do. Plenty of the cards would warrant their own demo videos and with the community growing around the Workshop System there's lots to explore.
I'm looking forward to some time with the Workshop System now too, I had to put that to one side for the video on the module but there's going to be fun stuff to explore in a small inspiring system.
