LIKEY was my first introduction to TWICE way back when, and here we are almost a decade later with a script that matches and tons of cams synced 🤯

Pretty sure this was also the start of my K-pop fandom :chaewonhmmpout: back when I was just listening to listen and watching to watch, not making scripts or doing what we do here. I remember thinking how pretty Chaeyoung was, and she was definitely my first bias, followed by Nayeon and maybe Mina.
Interestingly, Sana didn’t catch my eye when I was first introduced to TWICE through the LIKEY MV, and my mind is blown as to how that happened because...
Here, Sana alone has 26 fancams synced :sana: as she is now my current ultimate bias (…at least top 3 :hm:).
I had such a good time scripting this one, and it was actually quite nostalgic. I was going through a career transition when I first heard it and listened to it on repeat, and now I’m going through a similar career transition at a very different life stage :WOWERS:. It actually got me reflecting on what I’ve been up to over the last ~8 years, and I had a moment of deep relief mid-editing :CantStop: realizing that I’m actually quite happy with how things have turned out :Mew_Heart:
They used to put little teasers for the next single at the end of their MVs, so I’m actually quite inspired to script Heartshaker, which had its teaser at the end of LIKEY and also because I remember those tight jeans in the MV :apepeWOAHPOGGIES:.
That said, I’m also tempted to script TWICE’s singles chronologically as a sort of trip down memory lane :FeelsThinkingMan:. Don’t count on it though! I could easily get distracted by the nugu group of the month and derail the whole plan after getting obsessed with them for a short but intense period of time.
In any case, I do want to do more TWICE since they’re the first girl group I got into beyond casual listening
