Hi everyone.
Final Fantasy X is not yet done, but very soon. This week-end won't be enough I think, but I really want to release it for the next week-end.
Just to let you in on the process on how I make it and why it takes so long.
I extracted the text and the audio files from the game in english. Since the japanese audio and english audio files have the same name, I first linked all the english audio to the script.
I used to AI to get a transcript from all the japanese audio files.
Now I used a written japanese transcript from a website to link the sentence between english and japanese. The AI generated transcript helps me make sure that I'm linking the right sentence.
I'm creating subs for the entire game, which will help me make a youtube video and video + screenshots for the anki deck.
I'm now linking the screenshots to the right sentence.
So, since it's been a long time since my last deck, yakuza 0, which also took month, I really want to focus on a short game that I can do within the month and release in December. That's why I'm making a poll right now, so I have time to also play it.
Keep in mind, I like to play games in order, so if you want DQ 1 + 2 HD-2D, or FF4, pick something from the same saga.
I also want to thank everybody who voted on the last poll. I've followed what you guys picked and shared a lot of content for free. I changed a bit the tiers accordingly and pinned the post that give access to the content. Should make things easier for newcomers. If you have any issues with the changes made, let me know.
