The Neverending Dungeon is a living megadungeon made up of short, campaign-neutral rooms designed to drop cleanly into any game. Use a single room, grab a handful, or run the entire dungeon as it grows over time.

HOW THIS WORKS (STRAIGHT TO THE POINT)
For every new paid patron, one new dungeon room is designed and added
All new rooms are free for everyone at the Free tier or higher
Rooms are designed and written by DMDave
New rooms are released weekly, in usable batches
Current count: 2,123 paid patrons (as of 2/11/2026)
Patrons are tallied every Sunday.New rooms based on that count drop the following Friday.

FOR EXISTING PATRONS
The dungeon doesn’t start empty.
Within the next week, existing patrons will receive a pre-existing dungeon level using our familiar One-Word Prompt format, along with a poll to vote on its theme. That level becomes the dungeon’s foundation.
From there, new dungeon levels will form based on paid patron growth going forward.
