Hey guys, Andrew here..
as some of you know, we soft launched our streaming platform to Patrons a couple days ago as a way to test it’s bandwidth and troubleshoot potential issues ahead of the larger, public launch next week. We launched it on three platforms. Firstly, on web at https://c5.now/ .. then secondly, on App Store and thirdly, as a smart TV app.
we’ve had reports from you guys of various bugs, including but not limited to xfinity users being redirected to a ‘suspicious website’ page, Canadian postal codes being blocked at checkout, a $2 service charge added to $5.55 membership costs in the App Store (presumably being paid to Apple), and some other stuff.
we are working with our tech support to get all of this stuff worked out ASAP.. so if there is ANY other issues or if you could clarify what’s been happening on your end, please let us know in the comment section here so we can fix!!!
this project has been a long time coming so would hate to come out the gate buggy.
