Rusty Quill team attended The Golden Lobes alongside five of the Roll Britannia crew. The Golden Lobes is a truly one of a kind award show celebrating the best of comedy podcasts. Firstly, it was fun to return to the Clapham Grand which was home to the first 3 performances of Magnus Live: The Hilltop back in October. The Golden Lobes started with guests being treated to a literal Winner Winner Chicken Dinner and ended with our CCO Callum Dougherty giving away the final award of the night celebrating the Funniest Podcast of the Year. We were thrilled that shows on the RQ Network had 7 nominations in the awards across Roll Britannia, REDACTED and Push the Roll with Ross Bryant.
Push the Roll with Ross Bryant won the award for Best International Podcast with this award celebrating cosmic horror built through comedic improv and the strength of the improvised form to tell stories that are thrilling, funny, frightening, chaotic and mysterious in equal measure.
The Push the Roll team had this to say about their win:

Just a table full of friends trying not to lose their minds before the characters do.We never expected this show to travel beyond our own corner of the world.
