Hey again everyone! Just here to update you on my progress! I wish I could get an update to you sooner but you really don't want a rushed, buggy product. So I have to spend a little longer on it to both achieve my goals of new content and remade old content. This needs to be a complete project, without the spots of ancient renders.
That new content is also bringing new characterisation to some of the unexplored relationships. As I said before, I don't want you to rush into the intimate stuff too quickly with any of the characters, there has to be at least some buildup!
I've also read all your comments on the last poll and am surprised with how many were in favour of sandbox gameplay! I really thought linear would take the lead but I guess those who really preferred linear wouldn't be here to begin with. I do agree that linear removes the worries of bugs and ambiguity on how to progress, but sandbox gives more opportunities on special side content and a sense of building your own experience. I'm trying to make the game more customisable with the help of sandbox, so that you can feel your actions have an effect in the world. Maybe renovating the home for special scenes, special outfits unlocking even further scenes!
