Hey all!
The past week has been pretty much entirely focused on a complete rewrite of a ton of AI systems, such as movement, thinking, memory, etc. in an effort to make them more efficient & diverse, and to be able to integrate the custom model system more deeply into the AI systems.
I plan on using this new AI system as a catalyst for the transition into the HDRP pipeline, to get the project ready for some kind of VR support, whatever that may look like down the road. I won't go into too much depth about it, but it's going to take a while before the new AI systems are ready. Hopefully it won't take too long.
As a result of these system migrations, I don't have anything to show off right now. I could show you a video of the Giantess sliding across the floor, but I don't think that'd be very interesting, haha
Anyways, as always, I greatly appreciate your continued support, and I'll see you all in the next progress update!! Hopefully I'll have more to report.
