DESCRIPTION

RouteThe trading routes of the mountains are under the watch of the Jarl, and his warriors patrol these areas every day to discourage bandits. Thanks to them the roads are safe enough for the traders to travel without personal guards or other means of self-defense. Most of these days, the warriors have nothing much to do besides patrolling, so to fight their boredom, these wolves tag along with the travellers passing by. Usually they don't mind the company and entertain the wolves on the way, but sometimes their bothering can be tiresome, leading to more stops than expected.

MonkIt's not a rare thing in wolf lands to see monks from the Dragon Archives trying to spread the words of the dragons and recruit new members for their order. Most of the wolves do not believe in these dragons and not interested in the ancient stories about them. Occasionally they can find some who are willing to hear the whole story, but even after listening to their words, the chances of getting them to join the order is very low. Every monks know that the wolves are hard to recruit, so these missions are usually given as a trial of patience for the adepts.

ShelterAfter all the information they managed to get at the hot springs, the search for the dragon have ended without success for this party. There's nothing to prove the rumors they heard, and the constant snow storms make the further investigation impossible. As their leader decided, they took shelter in a nearby cave to wait out the storm before returning home. The storms around here are unusually harsh but shouldn't last more than a few days. They have all the supplies to last that long and they know a handful of ways to pass the time while waiting.
