Belly status system - designed for the female protagonist. The system displays the amount of semen currently inside the protagonist's womb. If she becomes pregnant, this status will reflect that accordingly. In future updates, a belly expansion feature is planned, causing the protagonist's stomach to gradually inflate based on the amount of semen it contains.
