I like rabbitsāand since theyāre known for their incredible reproductive abilities, I wanted to lean into that "rabbit essence" for this story. Just a heads-up: this plot has no connection to the original lore. I actually really enjoyed drawing the witch, Sythra, even though sheās the antagonist.
I didnāt realize Forrest would end up being naked for practically the entire storyš. I love the vibe of him holding Gray; even though Gray looks small next to him, heās actually 175cm, so heās not short at all!
Regarding the endingāeven if Forrest had abandoned him, Gray still would have saved him. Heās not a "martyr" or a "pushover" type; if he ever ran into a version of Forrest that had betrayed him, heād definitely pay him back tenfold. In the original story, Grayās powers canāt actually harm others, which led to him being constantly mistreated and preyed upon by other demons.
So, can Gray actually get pregnant in this AU? Iāll leave that to your imagination~š°
