Long ago, an elven woman lost her way in an ancient forest and emerged into a hidden village. The villagers took her in, and she repaid them with care and kindness. But as the years passed, the people grew old and died, while she remained unchanged. Love slowly turned into fear. When the mayor’s son died, the elf was accused of witchcraft, beaten, and cast back into the forest to die.
She did not die. Crawling through pain, she reached a grim castle, where she was found by the Lady of Roses - a cold ruler who knew no mercy. The Lady tore the elf’s soul from her body and imprisoned it within a porcelain doll. Death was no longer an escape: every time the body was destroyed, she would awaken again, restored, yet still bound.
When her resistance finally broke, the Lady reshaped her into a weapon - teaching her elegance, deception, and the art of perfect killing. The doll became a silent champion, carrying out her mistress’s will beyond the castle walls.
In time, Noirelune rose into the sky, and its lighthouse began calling souls home. No matter how far the doll wandered, the light reminded her of the truth: there was no freedom. The Lady withdrew into the depths of the castle, the lighthouse kept turning, and the champion endured - waiting for an end that never came.
