This has been my new hobby lately. Although a few years ago I already painted miniatures for the board game Mansions of Madness. I love Lovecraft ;)
This is a Lara figurine printed on a 3D printer. I’m a big fan of the Tomb Raider games, starting with Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld. They’re more arcade-like and exotic compared to the modern Lara games, while still preserving the spirit of the very first PS1 entries.
This is the third figurine I’ve ordered. The previous two were Pyramid Head and Ada Wong - if you’re interested, I can show them.
All three figurines have different creators, but they share one common problem: the seams between the parts. Huge gaps really annoy me, and they have to be heavily filled with putty… Also, with this figurine, once all the parts were glued together, it turned out that it doesn’t fit onto the base at all… 🫠
