Hey folks!
To keep things quick, I had an accident today. I was changing the filter of our AC in the attic and my foot slipped off the plywood walkway up there. Turns out there is -zero- support underneath all the insulation (beyond hidden support beams under insulation), so I fell partially through our ceiling and caught one of the support beams right in my side (it's all that kept me from going all the way through).
I'm not in a ton of pain depending on how I'm sitting/standing, but I'm really sore and wanted to let you all know I might be a little behind in my Richard update. My side looks super gnarly right now, but I'm not posting a picture of that, haha. Talked to a couple of doctor friends about some stuff to watch for, so we're monitoring how things look and fell before a trip to the ER (yay American Healthcare for this mindset!).
I will say to expect a delay, but... we'll see how I'm feeling!

**UPDATE**
I am gonna go ahead and say to expect things on the 20th instead of the 16th. My focus is struggling, but if I finish things sooner, I'll put it up sooner! It'll just eat a little into a housekeeping update, which isn't as huge of a deal.
Thanks for all the well wishes and such, folks! The pain's about the same as it was, but it's not getting worse (although my side looks a mess). Pain meds are working wonders on me to, so that's a plus!
Ceiling is also being repaired as I type this, so things will look good as new hopefully!
