Chapter 1: Padmé Amidala
Star Wars Universe - Tatooine
The twin suns of Tatooine were unforgiving, but to Naruto, they were the only constants in a life that had been entirely upended.
He didn’t remember everything about how he died in his past life, but he remembered the color orange, the roar of a giant beast, and a profound sense of duty. When he opened his eyes in this new world, he was a crying infant wrapped in coarse cloth, taken in by a weary, kind-hearted woman named Shmi Skywalker. He had no family name, no clan, and no legacy, only Anakin, his adoptive brother, and the endless, shifting sands.
But Naruto wasn't normal. Even as a child fixing podracers in Watto’s junkyard, he felt a strange, boundless energy humming within him. It wasn't the chakra he faintly recalled from fragmented fever dreams; it was something vaster, woven into the very fabric of the universe. The Jedi called it the Force. To Naruto, it just felt like a wild, untamed ocean waiting to be channeled.
Everything changed the day the Naboo starship landed.
Anakin had brought home a girl a girl he claimed was an angel. Naruto, wiping grease from his brow, had looked up to see Padmé Amidala disguised as a humble handmaiden. While Anakin stammered and stared in awe, Naruto had simply offered a lopsided, whisker-scarred grin.
"Anakin’s right," Naruto had said, his bright blue eyes locking onto hers with an intensity that made her breath hitch. "You’re way too pretty to belong to a place like this."
Padmé had flushed, a genuine smile breaking through her rigid, royal facade. In that brief interaction, a thread of destiny was spun.
When Qui-Gon Jinn discovered the boys, he was staggered. Anakin’s Midi-chlorian count was off the charts, born of the Force itself. But Naruto’s signature was a chaotic, roaring storm, a reservoir of raw power so dense and vital that it nearly blinded the Jedi Master’s senses. Qui-Gon knew he couldn't leave either boy behind.
The farewell to Shmi was agonizing. Naruto held his adoptive mother tight, whispering a promise to return, before standing firmly beside Anakin as they boarded the starship. Throughout the journey to Coruscant and the subsequent battle for Naboo, Naruto acted as Anakin’s shield and Padmé’s silent protector.
He was there when Padmé reclaimed her throne, standing in the shadows of the Naboo palace. When she looked past the celebrating crowds, her eyes didn't just find Anakin; they lingered on Naruto, whose golden hair seemed to catch the light of the Naboo suns perfectly. She developed a profound affection for both boys, Anakin, with his intense, burning passion, and Naruto, with his warmth, unyielding strength, and comforting presence.
But the Jedi Council divided them. Years of rigorous training followed. Anakin became the Padawan of Obi-Wan Kenobi, while Naruto was taken under the wing of a strict, orthodox Jedi Master who sought to tame the boy’s volatile, near-infinite Force reserves. Naruto learned to channel his power into raw kinetic energy, creating a unique fighting style that combined devastating physical strikes with localized telekinetic bursts.
Yet, no matter how far the galaxy tore them apart, the memory of the angel of Naboo never faded.
Ten years passed, and the galaxy erupted into the Clone Wars.
Anakin had grown into a powerful, albeit reckless, Jedi Knight. His love for Padmé had matured into a dangerous, possessive obsession. When assignment brought them back together to protect the now-Senator Amidala, Anakin acted swiftly. In the quiet, isolated beauty of Naboo's Lake Country, he confessed his love, and Padmé, overwhelmed by his intensity and her own loneliness, succumbed. They were married in absolute secrecy, a forbidden union hidden from the Jedi Order and the Republic.
Naruto knew. He could feel the shift in the Force, the tangled, possessive knot that tied Anakin to Padmé. He chose to stay silent, burying his own feelings deep within his chest. He threw himself into the front lines of the war, becoming a legendary commander whose golden aura on the battlefield rallied clone troopers and struck terror into Separatist droids.
But Anakin’s love was a stifling thing. As the war dragged on, his fear of loss manifested as control. Whenever he was with Padmé, his conversations were laced with jealousy, paranoia, and a dark undercurrent that frightened her. He loved her fiercely, but it felt less like a sanctuary and more like a cage.
It was during a brief respite on Coruscant that the cracks truly began to show. Anakin had been called away on an emergency briefing with Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, leaving Padmé alone in her sprawling apartment. The weight of the Senate, the looming threat of the war, and the suffocating pressure of her secret marriage had left her weeping silently on her balcony.
A soft, familiar thud echoed behind her.
Padmé spun around, her hand flying to her chest. Standing there, bathed in the neon glow of the Coruscant skyline, was Naruto. He wore his Jedi robes loosely, his sleeveless tunic revealing scarred, heavily muscled arms. His blue eyes, usually filled with mischievous light, were soft and full of concern.
"You shouldn't sneak up on a Senator like that, Naruto," Padmé said, her voice trembling as she wiped away a tear.
"I felt you crying from across the district, Padmé," Naruto said softly, walking over to stand beside her at the railing. The scent of him, rain and sweat, instantly cut through the heavy, sterile air of Coruscant. "Anakin’s too blind to see it right now. He’s too caught up in his own head. But I see you."
"He loves me," she whispered, as if trying to convince herself.
"I know he does. But his love burns, Padmé. It consumes." Naruto reached out, his calloused fingers gently brushing a stray lock of brown hair from her face. His touch was warm, radiating a pure, life-giving energy that made her soul ache with longing. "A fire needs air to breathe. You’re suffocating."
Padmé looked up into his cerulean eyes, seeing a depth of understanding and unconditional acceptance that she had never found in Anakin. For years, she had suppressed her attraction to Naruto, choosing the safety of Anakin’s overt courtship. But now, exhausted and emotionally starved, the barrier shattered.
"Naruto..." she breathed.
"I’ve loved you since the day I met you in that greasy shop, Padmé," Naruto confessed, his voice a low, gravelly rumble. "I stood aside because I thought he could make you happy. But I can't watch you break."
Padmé didn't lean away. Instead, she closed the distance, her lips parting as she pressed them against his.
Lemon Scene Ahead
The kiss was a revelation. Unlike Anakin’s desperate, demanding embraces, Naruto’s kiss was a slow, intoxicating pour of pure warmth. It was hungry, yes, but it was anchored by a profound reverence.
Padmé groaned softly, her hands flying to the back of Naruto’s neck, her fingers tangling in his short, spiky blonde hair. Naruto groaned in response, his powerful arms wrapping around her waist and lifting her effortlessly against his chest. He stepped backward, guiding them away from the open balcony and into the shadowed luxury of her bedroom.
The doors slid shut automatically, plunging them into a warm, dim sanctuary.
Naruto lowered her onto the silk sheets of her expansive bed, hovering over her like a golden deity. His eyes glowed with an primal intensity in the twilight. Without a word, his hands moved to the fastenings of her elaborate senatorial gown. He dismantled the heavy fabric with surprising gentleness, revealing the smooth, pale expanse of her skin.
"Naruto, we shouldn't... Anakin..." Padmé gasped, even as her hips arched instinctively toward him.
"Anakin isn't here," Naruto whispered against her collarbone, his lips leaving a trail of fire down her neck. "Forget the Senate. Forget the Jedi. Just feel me, Padmé."
He shed his robes with fluid ease. His body was a masterpiece of battlefield conditioning, broad shoulders, a heavily defined chest, and lean abs, all marred by silver scars that only added to his raw, masculine appeal. When he pressed his naked body against hers, Padmé let out a ragged breath. The sheer contrast of his heat against her cool skin made her shiver.
Naruto’s hands traced the curves of her waist, his thumbs kneading the sensitive flesh of her hips. He kissed her deeply, his tongue tangling with hers in a passionate, rhythmic dance that mirrored the desire coiling tightly in their lower bellies. Padmé wrapped her legs around his waist, pulling him impossibly closer, her nails digging into the muscles of his back.
"Please," she whimpered, completely undone by the sensory overload. "Naruto, now."
He didn't make her wait. Aligning himself, Naruto drove into her with a slow, deep thrust that drew a loud, uninhibited cry from Padmé’s lips. It wasn't just physical; their Force signatures slammed together in a blinding flash of spiritual intimacy. Naruto’s energy was a sunlit ocean, washing over Padmé’s calm, starlit soul, drowning her in pure, unadulterated ecstasy.
Naruto began to move, his thrusts powerful, steady, and relentlessly deep. Every stroke sent waves of pleasure crashing through Padmé’s body. She lost all sense of time and space, gripping his sweating shoulders as he pinned her to the mattress. He shifted his angle, driving harder, finding the exact sweet spot that made her entire body buckle.
"Ah! Naruto! Naruto!" she screamed his name, formatting a rhythm of pure sin against the mattress.
He leaned down, capturing her mouth to muffle her cries as his pace quickened. The friction was unbearable, a delicious torment. Naruto’s muscles bunched and flexed beneath her hands as he lifted her legs onto his shoulders, driving even deeper into her core. Padmé’s vision blurred, her mind fracturing under the weight of the intense, localized euphoria.
With a final, shattering surge of the Force, Padmé convulsed, her walls clamping down tight around him as she dissolved into a violent, screaming climax. The sheer tightness of her release broke Naruto’s iron control. He let out a low, guttural growl, burying himself to the absolute root, and unleashed a thick, hot torrent of his seed deep inside her womb.
They collapsed against each other, chests heaving, their skin slick with sweat. Naruto pulled the blankets over them, holding her tightly against his chest as her breathing gradually slowed. Padmé lay there, completely shattered and remade, listening to the steady, comforting beat of his heart. She knew she had crossed a line from which there was no return.
Lemon Scene End
The affair did not end that night.
As the war reached its frantic, bloody crescendo, Anakin was frequently deployed to the outer rims, leaving Coruscant for months at a time. In his absence, Naruto became Padmé’s shadow. What began as a moment of weakness transformed into a passionate, deeply entrenched romance. They met in the dead of night, in hidden alcoves of the Senate, in secluded retreats on Naboo, and in the quiet safety of her apartment.
Naruto provided the emotional stability Padmé desperately lacked. He listened to her political frustrations without judgment, and in turn, she provided a sanctuary for his war-weary soul. But the physical magnetism between them was undeniable, leading to countless encounters that grew increasingly uninhibited.
Weeks later, Anakin returned to Coruscant, victorious but visibly fraying at the edges. His eyes were shadowed, haunted by nightmares of Padmé dying in childbirth. In his desperate bid to cling to her, he sought her bed, his lovemaking intense, frantic, and filled with an underlying desperation that left Padmé feeling more hollow than fulfilled.
A month after Anakin's return, Padmé stood in her refresher, staring at a medical scanner in absolute shock.
She was pregnant.
Joy was instantly strangled by a cold, paralyzing dread. The timeline was a tangled, overlapping nightmare. During the precise window of conception, she had shared a bed with both men, Anakin before his departure and immediately upon his return, and Naruto during the long, passionate weeks in between.
She closed her eyes, reaching deep into her own spirit, trying to feel the nascent life growing inside her. She felt a dual resonance, a tempestuous, brilliant storm of potential. It could be Anakin’s volatile Skywalker bloodline, or it could be Naruto’s monstrous, vibrant vitality. She didn't know. She truly did not know who the father of her unborn children was.
When she told Anakin, he was ecstatic, seeing the pregnancy as something he had to protect at all costs. But his obsession grew toxic. He began spending hours with Chancellor Palpatine, drifting further away from the Jedi Council, his thoughts consumed by dark methods to conquer death.
Naruto, however, noticed the subtle shift in her posture the next time they were alone. He placed a large, warm hand over her still-flat stomach. His blue eyes softened, a profound, instinctive knowing flashing within them.
"They’re strong," Naruto whispered, a gentle smile tugging at his lips.
"Naruto... I don't know," Padmé choked out, tears welling in her eyes. "I don't know whose they are. Anakin thinks... but it could be yours. I’ve been so blind, so selfish..."
Naruto caught her chin, forcing her to look at him. His expression was fiercely protective. "It doesn't matter, Padmé. Whether they carry my blood or his, they are yours. And I will protect you and them with my life. Do you hear me? You are not alone."
She collapsed into his arms, weeping into his chest, unaware of the apocalyptic storm gathering over the Republic.
The fall of the Republic happened with terrifying speed.
Chancellor Palpatine revealed himself as Darth Sidious. Anakin, manipulated by his fears of Padmé’s death and seduced by promises of absolute power, knelt before the Sith Lord. He became Darth Vader.
The Jedi Temple burned. Naruto, fighting through the chaos, managed to rescue a handful of younglings, passing them off to trusted clone troopers who remained loyal to him over Order 66. But his heart shattered when he felt the dark, twisted ripple in the Force. Anakin had fallen completely into darkness.
Padmé, devastated by Obi-Wan’s revelation of Anakin’s treason, boarded her skiff to Mustafar. She refused to believe it until she saw it with her own eyes.
What she didn't know was that Naruto was already on board, hidden in the cargo hold, his sensory abilities masking his presence from her frantic mind.
The skiff landed on the volcanic world of Mustafar, surrounded by rivers of molten lava and ash-choked skies. Padmé ran down the ramp, throwing herself into the arms of Anakin, who wore a dark cloak, his eyes wild and unstable.
"Anakin! Obi-Wan told me terrible things... he said you turned to the dark side, that you killed younglings!" Padmé cried, searching his face.
"Obi-Wan is trying to turn you against me," Anakin said, his voice deep, raspy, and devoid of his usual warmth. "I have brought peace to the Republic. I am more powerful than the Chancellor. I can overthrow him! We can rule the galaxy together, Padmé. Make things the way we want them to be!"
Padmé stepped back, horror washing over her. "I don't know you anymore. Anakin, you’re breaking my heart! You’re going down a path I cannot follow!"
Before Anakin could speak, a shadow fell over the ramp of the skiff. Obi-Wan Kenobi stepped out, his face etched with grim determination. But before Anakin could direct his rage at his former master, a second figure stepped forward from the side of the ship.
It was Naruto. His blue eyes were fierce, his stance unbroken despite the oppressive dark side energy radiating from the planet.
Anakin’s eyes turned a sickly, sulfurous yellow. His gaze darted between Padmé, Obi-Wan, and finally landed on Naruto. The dark side amplified his suppressed jealousies, his paranoia, and the lingering, subconscious realization of the bond between his wife and his brother.
"You..." Anakin hissed, his voice trembling with a monstrous, demonic rage. "You brought him here. You brought both of them!"
"No! Anakin, I swear, I didn't..." Padmé screamed.
"You’re a traitor!" Anakin roared, raising his hand.
The Force clamped around Padmé’s throat. She gasped, her hands flying to her neck as she was lifted off her feet.
"Anakin, stop!" Obi-Wan shouted, drawing his lightsaber.
But Naruto was faster. With a roar of pure, unadulterated fury, Naruto slammed his foot into the metallic grating of the landing pad. A massive, localized shockwave of kinetic Force energy erupted from his body, tearing through the air and slamming directly into Anakin’s chest.
The impact broke Anakin’s concentration, severing his telekinetic grip. Padmé collapsed to the ground, gasping violently for air. Obi-Wan rushed to her side, dragging her unconscious, frail body back into the safety of the skiff.
Anakin pushed himself up from the soot, his yellow eyes blazing with hatred. He ignited his lightsaber, the crimson light of Mustafar reflecting off the brilliant blue blade. "I should have known! I saw the way she looked at you! I felt the shift in her! You took her from me!"
"You threw her away the moment you knelt to a Sith, Anakin!" Naruto roared back. He unclipped his own lightsaber, igniting a brilliant, golden-orange blade that hummed with a fierce, untamed resonance. "I loved you like a brother. But I will not let you kill her!"
"Then you will die with her!"
Anakin lunged.
The clash of their blades was like a thunderclap echoing across the volcanic flats. Anakin fought with the brutal, overwhelming power of Form V, his strikes fueled by the raw, bottomless hatred of the dark side. Each blow was designed to crush Naruto’s defense, his red-tinted blue blade cutting vicious arcs through the ash-choked air.
But Naruto’s fighting style was unlike any Jedi Anakin had ever faced. He didn't just use a lightsaber; he used his entire body as a weapon of the Force. Naruto parried a devastating overhead strike, shifted his weight, and slammed his elbow directly into Anakin’s jaw.
Anakin stumbled back, spitting blood, only to face a relentless barrage of golden-orange slashes. The duel moved from the landing pad onto the extraction facility's industrial arms, hovering precariously over rivers of boiling lava.
Obi-Wan, seeing Naruto matching Anakin blow for blow, moved to secure the skiff and tend to the grievously injured Padmé. He trusted Naruto. He knew that this was a battle between the brothers of Tatooine.
"You cannot defeat me, Naruto!" Anakin screamed over the roar of the lava, his strikes becoming wilder, faster, driven by psychotic desperation. "The dark side has made me stronger than any Jedi!"
"The dark side hasn't made you strong, Anakin! It’s made you blind!"
Naruto deflected a thrust, spun inside Anakin’s guard, and gathered an immense amount of Force energy into his right palm. The air warped and spun around his hand, forming a swirling, compressed sphere of pure kinetic energy.
“Force Rasen!” Naruto bellowed, slamming his palm directly into Anakin’s abdomen.
The compressed telekinetic sphere detonated upon contact. The sheer concussive force shattered Anakin’s armor, cracking his ribs and launching him backward across the molten river. Anakin crashed hard onto a black, volcanic slope, his lightsaber flying from his grip and hissing into the lava below.
Dazed, broken, and consumed by madness, Anakin tried to scramble up the high bank of the slope, his yellow eyes locking onto Naruto, who jumped across the gap, landing firmly on the high ground above him.
"It’s over, Anakin!" Naruto yelled down, his golden blade glowing bright against the dark sky. "I have the high ground! Don't try it!"
Anakin, completely consumed by the dark side’s arrogance, screamed in pure hatred. "I hate you!"
He used the Force to launch himself into the air, attempting a massive, acrobatic leap over Naruto to strike him down from behind.
Naruto didn't hesitate. His eyes hardened, his heart breaking for the brother he once knew, but his resolve for Padmé’s survival overriding everything else. As Anakin soared through the peak of his arc, Naruto spun, his golden-orange blade cutting a precise, devastating horizontal line through the air.
The blade sliced clean through Anakin’s remaining organic arm and both of his legs.
Anakin let out a horrific shriek as his dismembered body tumbled down the black, volcanic slope, rolling to a stop mere inches from the flowing river of lava. The intense heat instantly ignited his clothing, and within seconds, Anakin Skywalker was engulfed in a roaring, agonized inferno.
"You were the Chosen One!" Naruto screamed down at the burning figure, tears streaming down his face, evaporating instantly in the heat. "You were supposed to destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness!"
Anakin’s melted, charred face glared up at him, a final, demonic hiss of "I hate you!" escaping his lips before his vocal cords burned away.
Naruto turned his back on the horrific sight. He deactivated his lightsaber, deactivated his emotions, and sprinted back to the skiff. He had a family to save.
The medical facility on Polis Massa was sterile, cold, and quiet.
Padmé lay on the operating table, her body weak from the physical trauma of the choking and the emotional shockwave of the Republic’s fall. Obi-Wan stood by the door, his face solemn, keeping watch for any imperial threats.
Naruto turned his back on the horrific sight. He deactivated his lightsaber, deactivated his emotions, and sprinted back to the skiff. He had a family to save.
"She’s losing the will to live," the medical droid stated in its monotone voice. "Medically, she is completely healthy, but she is slipping away."
"Like hell she is," Naruto growled, his blue eyes flashing with an unyielding, stubborn light. He leaned down, pressing his forehead against hers, pouring every ounce of his sun-drenched soul into her failing spirit. "Listen to me, Padmé. You don't get to quit. You don't get to leave them alone. I love you. Stay with me."
As if anchored by his raw willpower, Padmé’s eyes fluttered open. A weak, ragged breath escaped her lips. The medical monitors stabilized.
"Push, Padmé," Naruto urged softly, kissing her knuckles.
With a final, agonizing effort, Padmé pushed. The room was suddenly filled with the sharp, clear wailing of newborn life.
"It’s a boy," the droid announced, holding up a squirming infant.
Padmé smiled through her tears, her voice a fragile whisper. "Luke..."
Moments later, a second cry echoed through the room. "And a girl."
"Leia..." Padmé breathed.
The droid cleaned the infants and gently placed them into Padmé’s arms. Naruto leaned in close, his broad shoulders framing her, his gaze falling upon the two beautiful, tiny miracles.
As the babies settled against their mother’s chest, they slowly opened their eyes for the very first time.
Padmé gasped softly, a hand flying to her mouth as fresh tears spilled down her cheeks. Obi-Wan stepped closer, his eyes widening in profound surprise.
The twins did not possess the dark, brooding features of Anakin Skywalker. Luke opened his eyes to reveal a pair of striking, impossibly bright cerulean blue eyes, the exact shade of the Tatooine skies and the man sitting right beside them. Leia, while possessing her mother’s facial structure, had a thick tuft of fine, unmistakably golden-blonde fuzz dusting the top of her tiny head.
There was no longer any doubt. The tangled threads of the Force had made their decision clear. The babies carried the untamed, sunlit essence of the blonde Jedi who had saved their mother’s life. They were Naruto’s children.
"They’re beautiful, Naruto," Padmé whispered, looking up at him with absolute love and profound relief. "They look just like you."
Naruto wrapped his large arms around all three of them, tears of pure joy finally breaking through his battle-hardened exterior. He kissed Padmé deeply on the lips, a promise of a future sealed in the kiss. "I told you I’d protect you. Always."
Two years later
Deep within the secluded, lush Lake Country of Naboo, far away from the tyrannical grasp of Emperor Palpatine and his terrifying, cybernetic enforcer Darth Vader, a small, beautiful villa sat hidden amongst the waterfalls.
Padmé sat on a blanket in the grass, watching the sparkling water. She looked radiant, the stress of the Senate completely erased from her face, replaced by the serene peace of motherhood.
A toddler with messy, bright blonde hair came running across the grass, giggling hysterically as a tiny, localized burst of the Force propelled him forward.
"Luke, don't run too close to the edge!" Padmé laughed, scooping up her daughter, Leia, who was already showing a fierce, independent streak, her bright blue eyes wide with mischief.
From the edge of the forest, a tall, imposing man walked out, carrying a bundle of fresh firewood. He wore simple civilian clothes, his golden hair catching the bright Naboo sun perfectly. The faint, whisker-like scars on his cheeks crinkled as a massive, warm smile broke across his face.
Luke sprinted over, tackling Naruto’s leg. Naruto laughed heartily, dropping the wood and lifting his son high into the air, making the boy squeal with delight. He walked over to the blanket, dropping down beside Padmé, pulling her into a warm, side-embrace.
The galaxy was shrouded in darkness, ruled by a tyrant and a broken machine that once was a brother. But here, in this hidden pocket of the universe, the sun was shining. The legacy of the Jedi hadn't died in darkness, it was alive, laughing, and growing stronger every day under the warmth of a proud father.
