DESCRIPTION
I got kind of crazy with the outfit colors. This was originally one of the last ones I colored and I was just sick of making everything orange so... Let me know if it works or it's a fashion disaster worthy of One Piece.
Flash's thoughts:I sort of played this one straight. I know businessmen and such have become more relevant in Boruto but I haven't read that so I sort of just made up a faction of minor nobles engaged in weapon smuggling. Konoha is run so poorly it wouldn't surprise me if there's a real group like that in filler or a game or something.
