DESCRIPTION

Hello everyone :),

This month’s update continues directly from ESTATE Part 17, expanding the boot room introduced last month.

With the St. Ponderley cabinet system now in place, I focused on the elements that naturally gather around it, pieces that turn a storage wall into a statement. The stone sink and apothecary drawers are designed to integrate directly with the existing joinery, reinforcing the feeling of built-in estate architecture rather than standalone furniture.

Alongside these core pieces, this set introduces garment hooks with a coat and scarf, wicker storage boxes, leather trunks, a simple candlestick holder, floral arrangements, wall sconces, hanging lights, and a patterned rug. Together, they are meant to add softness and lived-in detail while keeping the overall atmosphere grounded and practical.

The intention throughout was to preserve the quiet, utilitarian character of a 19th-century estate service space, refined but clearly made to be used. Proportions remain sturdy and architectural, and the detailing is deliberately restrained so everything layers naturally with earlier Estate releases.

This update completes the room’s core functional elements and brings the boot room concept into full focus.

This set is on Early Access and will be available for everyone in April.

As always, thank you so much for your continued support and for following the Estate set as it has evolved. I’m very grateful to have been able to build this world together with you.

And with that, it is time to pack your bags. There is another place waiting to be explored, even though we will revisit the Estate from time to time 🙂

Lots of Luv,Felix xx
