Amalgam Ash - Machamp
Team Rocket works with another agent to capture the twerps pushing him into their new forced evolution experiment. Ash gets mutated with Machamp DNA. He gets four arms, two dicks, and because of the fighting type gene he's able to freely tap into his aura. He breaks free from Team Rocket and helps stop their plans but there's no reversing what has been done to him. Four Arm Ash/Lance/Brock/Trainer/Pokemon/Harem
Chapter 1 Capture
Ash Ketchum had come to the Johto Region after competing in the Kanto and Orange Islands. He’d had many strange and wild adventures. The boy was traveling with Misty and Brock, to a lesser extent Team Rocket, specifically agents Jessie, James, and their talking Meowth. They followed him from Kanto trying to steal his and other people’s Pokemon. There were times when they showed goodness and the spirit of a trainer but those were few and far between.
Since coming to Johto Ash had met new friends and rivals, caught new Pokemon, and earned some gym badges.
He had Heracross, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, and a Shiny Noctowl. While making friends with some Houndour he met along the way.
There had been a lot of fun events he’d participated in his Tauros won in the Pummelo Stadium, he won the Bug Catching Contest, entered a Fishing Contest, and even winning a Pokemon Sumo Competition.
He faced Shingo who had a Scizor named Blade. Ash convinced him not to rely only on data and gain some real life experience. He helped a girl with a Girafarig and even helped another girl with a Hitmontop. Ash delivered the GS Ball to Kurt, who was studying it. The boy helped him further by getting rid of Team Rocket who were disturbing the Slowpoke Well. Kurt was so grateful, he let Ash get some Apricorn Balls.
Ketchum had used his Lure Ball to catch Totodile, but he still had his Fast Ball. He was saving it for a mysterious Pokemon he saw when he arrived in Johto. It had run off so quickly, when Mazie said the Fast Ball was perfect for Pokemon who were quick to run away he felt he needed to save it.
Ash battled Falkner and earned his Zephyr Badge, he defeated Bugsy and got the Hive Badge, he eventually defeated Whitney and earned the Plain Badge, he defeated Morty and earned the Fog Badge, and defeated Chuck and got the Storm Badge.
Chikorita had evolved into a Bayleef and had been MVP in that.
Ash left his Charizard to train in the Charizard Valley and his Squirtle went off to train with the Squirtle Squad and get them back into shape. He cared about his Pokemon’s development.
The boy and his friends were currently in the Whirl Islands. They had seen another mysterious Pokemon under the water. Ash and Misty had entered the Whirl Cup. She used her newly caught Corsola which she obtained with her Lure Ball. Neither won but it was good experience.
Before they left they ran into an old friend/rival for Ash Ritchie. They had a...complicated history. Ritchie had come to enter the Johto League, but had taken interest in hearing about a mysterious Pokemon in the Whirl Islands.
As it happened there was a baby Lugia, nicknamed Silver in the other. Apparently legendaries did reproduce they either did it Asexually or through other means. Team Rocket had discovered it, and not just the trio following Ash.
Butch and Cassidy were working for Professor Namba to capture this legendary and draw out the “mother” and capture the powerful legendary as well. Namba has been working on a Pokemon Power Magnifying Project. He believes this situation is perfect, he could experiment on the baby Lugia while having the Parent Lugia as a weapon for Team Rocket.
Their first attempt was stopped by Ash and Ritchie. Butch and Cassidy recognized Ash, as he’d stopped their plans in the past. “Can this boy truly be such a problem for Team Rocket?” Namba glared at them. “And you call yourselves elite agents?”
“Well you see sir, it’s not just us, he’s also thwarted Jessie, James, and Meowth’s schemes. From my understanding he was even involved in the failed SS Anne mission.”
“Then perhaps I need to bring in the big guns.” Namba called in a favor and since a legendary was involved he got approval.
Attila and Hun were elite Rocket Agents, tasked with handling the most important of missions, typically involving the tracking and capture of legendary Pokemon. Their combat skills were close to Giovanni’s in skill. They looked down on Butch and Cassidy, in a familiar way they looked down on Jessie and James.
“So what’s the job?” Attila asked.
“We were tracking a Lugia, but some brats got in the way. This one brat has been a particular thorn in Team Rocket’s side. So I want you to capture him!”
“Forgive me sir, shouldn’t we just get rid of him?” Hun asked.
Namba shook his head. “A drawn out fight will force to much attention and risk failure. Capture him and his Pokemon. As for the boy, I’m gonna use him as a guinea pig for my experiment, he’ll learn first hand not to mess with Team Rocket.”
Attila looked at the picture of Ash. “You fools couldn’t handle this one boy?” He said to Butch and Cassidy. They glared at him but said nothing. “You got it Doctor, consider this boy caught.”

The attack was swift a Skarmory swooped in and snatched Ash and Pikachu. “Wah!” The boy cried out as he was carried off by the flying and steel type. They were taken so high up Pikachu couldn’t attack and risk dropping them.
“Ash!” Brock, Misty, and Ritchie gave chase, only to be met with a Steelix and a vicious Sandstorm. It attacked and ran, leaving them confused.
“You don’t think…”
“It must have been Team Rocket!”
Sure enough, Butch and Cassidy attacked, nabbing the baby Lugia again.
Ash was taken to a clearing where Attila and Hun were waiting along with a massive air ship. “So this is the brat giving our organization trouble.”
“Who are you guys?!”
“Attila…”
“And Hun!”
“We are Team Rocket Elite Agents!” They said in unison.
“Oi vey!” Ash face palmed. So far he’d dealt with Jessie and James, Butch and Cassidy, now these two. Though something felt different.
“You’ll be coming with us.” Hun launched a device, Ash dodged it and went for his balls.
“Come out, everyone!” Bayleef, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Noctowl* and Bulbasaur. With Pikachu this was his current team of six.
Hun pressed a button and the device boomeranged around and caught Ash binding his arms. “Bay?!” Bayleef was got pissed and attacked, charging in with a Body Slam.
Attila called out his Muk. It tanked the hit. The ability Poison Touch hit and Bayleef got poisoned. “Sludge Bomb!” The attack hit and Bayleef got knocked back. “Sludge Wave!” The Muk unleashed a toxic wave hitting Ash’s Pokemon.
Noctowl flew into the air and dodged it, but Skarmory swooped down and attacked. “Steel Wing!” Noctowl was smart, quickly calculating the situation. He looked to Ash who nodded.
With a quick blast of Hypnosis Skarmory was put to sleep and Noctowl flew off to get help. “Blast that Pokemon could have been valuable.”
“Who cares we got the real prize.” Attila marched over and picked Ash up. “You are coming with us.”
Ketchum’s mons were put in a cage and put on the ship. They were soon joined by Butch and Cassidy who brought the baby Lugia on board. “Move it, we can’t stay here long.” The pair wanted to argue, but time was of the essence.
The ship took off. Jessie and James were on it, in different uniforms, observing. The red head was looking for a way to screw over Cassidy. They waited in the wings, as Namba confronted Ash.
Ketchum even while tied up straight up tackled Namba. Attile couldn’t help but smirk. “I think I like this brat.” Hun elbowed him.
“Act all high and mighty while you can, you are gonna be used in one of my experiments.”
‘Experiments?!’ James thought. There were rumors that agents that failed to produce result got used as test subjects or target practice.
Ash’s pokemon and the baby Lugia were kept locked away from Ash. “My friends will find me, you won’t get away with this!”
Namba laughed. “We’ve already moved, we are heading to a secret base far from the Whirl Islands they won’t know where to look. By the time I’m done it’ll be too late.”
Ash was dragged out, the boy struggled but Attila was stronger. He was taken to the Lake of Rage base.
Pikachu didn’t know what to do, but he started calling for help. Meowth could hear it. “Should we stop him?”
“Who cares not like anyone will hear or understand.”
It wasn’t just Pikachu some of the Pokemon recovered and joined in the call. Flying Types heard but couldn’t do much, but word spread fast. Some Pokemon had very exquisite hearing. A certain pack of Houndour had heard and with a few yips they raced to help. They followed the air ship, going by land but none of them were giving up.

Noctowl made it back to the group but when they arrived at the clearing the ship was gone. Lugia was furious and the sea began to rage. Ritchie promised to get the baby back. If Lugia goes it’d bring chaos in it’s wake.
Since they helped before Lugia was willing to trust them.
Brock made a call of his own, reporting Ash’s kidnapping and the abduction of a legendary by Team Rocket. The involvement of a legendary pokemon kicked things up the ladder. The report reached the Pokemon G-Men and Lance was informed.

Namba was gonna use a Machamp in his next experiment, but instead uses it as the material to mess with Ash. This would be his first test on a human he doesn’t even believe Ash will survive this and he doesn’t care. Hearing this James can’t sit by and do nothing he makes a call and lets Brock know where they are. Ash does survive the experiment because he has aura, having the fighting type’s energy forced into his body his aura reacts helping Ash survive, but be forever changed!
