Got quite a bit of stuff for this week too! I'll be showing off the Homeroom System, Skipping in Visual Novels and Fast Forward for Visual Novels and the Training Animations, Log in Visual Novels and the new Scenario Character Selection screen design! And a bonus at the end...
Homeroom System
Homeroom is a mechanic that allows you to use your prior runs as bonuses for your subsequent runs, giving you flat bonuses (and skills when I implement a proper skill system) on every new run you start. Though you can't get the bonuses of the character you select in the scenario character selector. The UI is still a WIP so it may change in the future.Only one copy of a unit can be active at a time, so be sure to train lots of units to get the bonus up!
Scenario Character Selection Screen
There's now a proper character selector for scenarios! Showing you their stats, the homeroom effects applicable to the selected character and their preferred distance, tactic and surface type! The preferences system just applies a bonus to the base flat values. Every character is able to run in any condition (e.g. Aon would be able to run in a Dirt track but would not have the bonuses she'd enjoy in Turf tracks).
Fast Forward and Skip
Fast Forward and Skip has been added to the Visual Novel system and the Training animations! In case you want to get to the goals quickly without waiting for fancy animations or dialog you've seen one too many times to play out first.
Log in Visual Novels
Not much to say here, a quick handy popup where you can see what has been said in the current scene, in case you skip over a line accidentally or just want to re-read what was said.

The Voresen Prey Exchange!
It'll be a small market where you'll be able to buy food for your trainee and get stat and training bonuses! It's rather simple for now since I just started making it, but I plan on adding more mechanics and systems to it after the demo.
