The game is NOT using/applying Xbox, Playstation or PC HDR Calibration app settings.
The game has an average HDR implementation as you can't exactly control Peak HDR Luminance (which seems fixed around 1.000 nits) but only generic Brightness and Contrast sliders which, when used together, can at least improve the overly dim/muted picture the game will have by default in HDR.

For all displays, be sure HDR is enabled and then set both Brightness and Contrast sliders to Max
This will make the game actually reach its maximum peak highlights without looking washed out at the same time.
BONUS:
On Consoles: use the "Performance" (60fps) graphic mode for best smoothness and input latency but if it's too blurry for you, revert to "Quality" (30fps) mode (ideally a "Balanced" 40fps mode would have been better but unfortunately it isn't available at the moment)
On PC:
- Use my UET Mod to improve performance, lower latency and have better clarity at the same time, all with no visual loss ;)
Enjoy!
