DESCRIPTION
A new character OC duo!! A Mech FF2400 (named Scarlet) and their shy/nervous dog pilot Skye! I went to try for a fully complementary color scheme! The mech is sentient! And can talk/think on their own, but to fully use its abilities it needs a pilot!
This is also my first Level 4 OC!
