All animations for the mini-games are ready, and right now we're implementing them into the game engine... And that's quite a headache, which I'll talk about a bit below.
In the new mini-games, you no longer need to rush anywhere like before. There won't be any annoying timers or stupid disappearing cloaks; you'll be able to enjoy the beauty for as long as you want.
Here's an example of gameplay from the mini-game: nothing complicated, just hit the areas and thereby unlock new animations!
While creating these mini-games, we came up with the idea that it would be great to do something similar with the isometric game. For example, make the rest stage for Marcus and the Demoness infinite, and you can choose another pose yourself or continue in the current one. We think this is the best option. What do you think?
Now, about the problem (CAUTION, LOTS OF GLITCHES), as you can see, not everything is going smoothly when importing into the game engine. We mentioned a couple of months ago that we switched back to another version of Godot, and everything was generally fine until we connected the Spine API... You can see the result for yourself:
By the way, in the near future, we'll add improved navigation through various isometric rooms, and that's why we're preparing all the existing rooms for this. For example, we've made these kinds of borders:
