I know you all have been shaking in your little chairs waiting for me to sit you down on my lap to tell you what we’ve been up to at the office all week. Well you can finally chill out when I show you what I have in store for you today.

Production has been going great and we’re still on schedule to get this bad boy out on time. The team’s been continuously working hard and have been hitting every deadline, so it feels like we’re finally hitting our stride. I’m constantly reminded of how big Space King really is production-wise, especially compared to our parodies. Every little thing on screen has at least 4 or 5 steps involved, and some things that took a lot of time might just slip past the audience. So because I don’t want anything slipping past you cutie-patooties, I want to force your eyes on another wing of production that deserves some tender love and affection.
Today I wanna show off what our VFX department has been up to. I mentioned during the production of Space King 2 that we adopted Adrian, the most handsome VFX artist to ever spawn on this planet. Adrian has been holding up Space King’s VFX on his back like Atlas, except it’s a lot bigger than whatever the hell Atlas was holding up. Check out some of the stuff he’s been whipping up for Space King 3.

This sick-ass forcefield that will keep the tower from being not-inside-jobbed again.

I can stare at these gifs all day. It’s like watching a lava lamp. Adrian has been a fantastic addition to our team and has been continuously knocking it out of the park.
Speaking of knocking it out of the park, let’s take a look at what the humble background department has been up to. They always make some cool stuff to show off in these blogposts, and it helps me write them quicker >:)The boys go to the Crystal room to get their chakras realigned by the magic power of fake bullshit.

Good ol’ backgrounds. I can always rely on them to have something cool to show off. They’re honestly one of my favorite departments to sift through since they put so much attention into the scale and worldbuilding of the Space King universe.
