[Lurker] The Menagerie Bar: A Local Den

Happy weekend, Patrons!

Don't kick your boots off in this bar, because you'll never find them again! Welcome a local haunt known as the Menagerie Bar -- an enclosed arcade that consists of a garden and bar.

I placed this bar in a homebrew setting and hit several of its most important features:

A well-maintained wall that encloses this arcade (area) away from the road and street;

An outdoor garden to enjoy and relax in;

A humble bar featuring a collection of ex-pirate Grey Parrots;

A back-room drug den for imbibing large quantities of dubiously-legal substances.

Are your adventurers on the prowl for a seedy bar where they can tune into local rumors? Or are they wandering off, in search of hallucinogens?

The Menagerie Bar is run by Petiyah Prabam, a merchant-turned-proprietor who realized the profit in targeting only the highest margin goods: because no matter how dire a fantasy world will get, the people will always seek out a stiff drink and a loose cigarette.
