College Queen (June 12, 2026), Writing, modeling, lighting, posing, rendering, editing, repeat. Two New Characters (Again). Potential Release Date.
Hey everyone! It’s been over a month since my last update, sorry about that! Things have been moving along pretty smoothly overall, even with a few hiccups here and there that I’ve managed to work through.
I figured today would be a good time to share how College Queen is progressing and give you a peek into my usual workflow.
My daily routine is pretty consistent: I start by writing the story for a chapter, then model the characters, choose outfits that fit the scene, and build the environment. After that comes lighting setup so everything blends naturally. Once the story and environment are ready, I spend one to two days posing the characters, followed by a full day of rendering all the scenes. After rendering, I denoise the images, do heavy color editing to make everything more vivid and vibrant, then save them as PNGs and convert to WebP for the final game.
And yes, that whole cycle repeats for every single chapter! Myon-San Studio is basically just me, myself, and I 😂 (and honestly, I prefer working solo like this).
On the content side, I’ve added two new characters:
Melinda Campbell (BE, AE, Height Growth): A supporting character. She's the barista from the café where Calista and Marianne used to hang out. Her first appearance in the game is going to be… BIG😏
Helene Martinez (FMG, BE, AE, Height Growth): A more significant character. Yes, she’s Lucas Martinez’s wife. She’ll play an important role in the story as we see her finally release all the pain and anger she’s been holding in… and get her revenge.
As for the release date... I know my track record with dates isn’t the greatest (it’s practically become a ritual at this point 😂), but I’m aiming for late July for the next update.
My goal for this upcoming update is to finish Calista’s story up to Stage 5. The update after that will be the big finale, Calista Stage 6, wrapping up the entire College Queen saga.
That’s all for this devlog! Thank you so much for reading and for continuing to support me. Your encouragement really keeps me going on days when the workload feels heavy.
Sincerely,
Myon-San
