DESCRIPTION

This is the HP poll. The choices are:

Magic of the Force – Star Wars/HP crossover: Dominus and his Grand Fleet jump into Duros, finding themselves faced not with half a trap as they expected, but a full one, it’s jaws closing in on the entire fleet.  The largest battle thus far I the war begins, as two fully operational Tyrant class vessels announce their presence.  Dominus tries and fails to keep the bubble as the GDL make use of one resource the CIS can’t match: the number of good, small unit commanders they have. Alecto’s presence grabs Dominus’s attention as he tries to turn the tide, and  a rock meets a Sith, with the Sith never realizing his true intent.  While Harry and the Bane are sidelined while their fleet pulls together, Aayla awakes, and she and Zule have a moment prior to entering Hutt space.  The war changes dramatically, while Thrawn contemplates his next move and a disciplinary issue. A new apprentice steps forward to lead the Sith, while Plo Koon and the others return to Republic-held space, carrying new information, as Sidious feels the noose once more tightening around him, and Padme is forced to head off political chicanery once-removed.

A Fate Touched in Middle Earth – HP/Tolkien crossover: Thorin and his detached forces face a hard choice and must use the runic array that Harry has created for them to mixed results. Meanwhile, Harry closes with the lands currently being fought over and is nearly killed by a pair of dwarves who sees a human and decides not to ask questions. A horse is discovered, hastening his journey, while Thorin, with help from the Blackbeard forces, breaks through to the rest of his army, only for the battle to become general as the enemy press in hard. Harry arrives, attacking the enemy from behind, forcing a hasty retreat of it’s officers, and the break this causes in the Easterlings organization allows Thorin respite and Harry time to join the army. Saruman asks some questions, Harry evades, and Thorin and his Nâlbarâk Râdûn plan.  The siege weapons of the dwarves cause havoc as the battle is resumed, with the Easterlings pressing in hard both on horseback and on foot, until a spell from Harry messes things up for them most egregiously.  Saruman shows he is excellent at manipulating fire and the Easterling host suddenly faces a battle on all fronts, resulting in a turning point in the campaign in Blackbeard lands even as elsewhere, the Stonefoot House faces the real mind behind this war.

… had a moment where I looked at Blackbeard there and thought of the One Piece version… urgh.

This poll will end on the 16th. Fate Touched will be getting ¼ carry over of 425 and my votes.  Let’s see what happens.
