And we'll, that's basically the B plot of the episode.
This one kind of came out of nowhere because my original plan was to make a picture of one of these two, like, you know how, when I'm not doing a whole thing of the band I usually draw mostly the girls?
Well, I was thinking, almost as a thought experiment to do the opposite and have at least one of these two posing for the camera for a change.
So to have Tony get used to showing some skin I was trying to come up with a scenario where it would feel natural because I don't wanna over do the swim suit pieces. And I came up with this basketball one but I couldn't avoid framing it in a silly way. Clearly because they're silly guys.
Like, I imagine Tony and Davo playing with some kids from their neighborhood and the kids are like stuck in the 90s for some reason, like they very into the first Space Jam or something, and Davo and Tony have to play because the kids insult them in ways they haven't heard since elementary school. Very Chavorruco coded if you'll excuse my Mexican. Honestly I should make it a comic.
