And Lil on the other hand didn't really know when those two exited the apartment. But it worked perfectly for her as by the time Diego arrived, it made it easier for her to sneak him in.

New totally non canon picture of Lil and Diego.
See, every time one of my main characters appears in a spicy picture I like to joke saying that is actually non canon. But this time it kind of applies as this picture happens, either in the future of the current timeline (Not the First time I've done that), or maybe it is what Diana and Tina apparently imagine may have happened already. I'll never tell!
This picture sort of forms part of what now is a kind of series apparently with last year's Teaser, featuring more intimate moments with The WornDown Children. First Zara and RJ. And now Lil and Diego. (Or is it?)
It wouldn't have been the original plan to continue with these two. See, it felt right to make the RJ and Zara piece because there's actually a comic of how those two ended up together, and given that I thought I myself thought I would have continued with Davo and Tina. But this piece also happens to be a commission.
This was commissioned by Sky from here on Patreon and he was pretty insistent with it lol. In a good way.
As a rule, at the moment I don't do NSFW commissions (Though I'm planning to do some YCHs soon) but I have done suggestive ones before, and given that this is something I would probably be drawing anyway at some point I decided to go for it.
In the past I've been pretty strict with limits for my characters but I've actually been relaxing those as of late. I just haven't made it publicly because I feel that would seem like a request, but in fact, the last two times other artists asked me if NSFW of my characters was ok, I said yes. I just requested no fetish stuff. Lmao
This is also the first commission I've done completely on Procreate. I normally use mainly my PC for commissions as I feel it is more reliable, though these last two batches of commission I've been integrating the tablet to the process more and more.
Artistically for me using the iPad and the computer feels kind of like the difference between a moped and a truck. The moped is great for doing chores around town but the truck is more reliable for big cargo.
I don't know if that makes sense but basically in the iPad I've been experimenting a lot and having fun with but it would crash a lot if I tried to make a big thing like my last Christmas piece or one of those with 20 characters. I actually had to split my work in 2 different files to finish this. But I like how it came out.
In this picture we can see the other side that we haven't seen before of Lil’s room from this piece.
And it includes two deep cuts of TDC lore. The acoustic bass guitar Lil played exactly once during the pandemic, and that one really cool plushie of some kind of demon or monster from what I like to think is an in universe 90s show like gargoyles or something she owns.
