First, we want to say it again clearly: we are sincerely sorry that no work progressed during June, and that we went silent without giving you any notice beforehand. You have every right to be upset, and we will humbly accept any criticism you have. We know that an apology alone doesn't make up for a month of silence.
So we'd like to make things right where we can. If you would like a refund for your June payment, please submit a refund request through your Billing History on Patreon (or send us a direct message), and we will process it — no questions asked.
We also know that what many of you want most is more frequent communication from us. Going forward, we will do our best to share progress updates more regularly alongside development — even brief ones — so you're never left wondering what's happening. Thank you to everyone who has waited for us and shared your honest thoughts; we intend to repay your patience with our work.
Lastly, we have an update regarding our community spaces. One of our supporters, Mr.B Gaming, has kindly created a fan Discord server and will be running it. After discussing it internally, we've decided to close the Patreon group chat and let the community gather there instead. Please note that the server is managed by Mr.B Gaming rather than by us directly — we have joined the server and will stop by to check in from time to time, but all official announcements and development updates will continue to be posted here on Patreon.
