Hey gang, hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! We absolutely cannot believe it's already June and the Summer Blockbuster Extravaganza is kicking off this week! Let's get right to it and see what's happening in the WHMu:
First up later today, remember we're doing our first On-Screen Live stream in a while, happening at noon/eastern! We'll be chatting about The Mandalorian and Grogu, the final season of The Boys, and more!
Then tomorrow, SBE26 kicks into high gear as we chat about the exact opposite of a Hollywood Blockbuster, and that's 1987's Masters of the Universe! Yes, we're going back to this disastrous Dolph title for an in-studio discussion—about 12 years ago we released a trash recording of a live show we did on the film, but guaranteed this new episode is way better. And then on Thursday, the blockbuster spirit is alive and well on this month's We ❤️ Movies, where we're chatting about Steven Spielberg's 2002 sci-fi neo-noir, Minority Report!
