A glorious spot…stern-to in deep holding so be sure to time it with a calm weather window.
We’ve tried to get here SO many times before and despite cruising and living aboard in the area for 4 years now this is the first time conditions have been favourable whilst we’re fairly close and still only offered us 48 hours of comfort before predominant winds pop back up and it becomes tricky.
But beware - even if there’s no swell predicted…it will find its way in and rock you mad all night! Largely due to its proximity to the open ocean.
Worth the queezy morning for the quaint village, gorgeous views of the peninsula and shady walk to the castle above though - more pics coming soon!💙
