Recently we took a bouncy 3-hour motor sail from Kefalonia to Ithaca Island, poor little Mali was feeling pretty rough as he’s still finding his sea legs since we rescued him.
Top tip when sailing with pets is to pop them in a safe spot (we harness Mali) in the cockpit with plenty of fresh air and a sea view - similarly to humans who suffer with seasickness it helps a lot 🐾
Honestly…this trip was worth every bit of cat-puke clean-up as we arrived in another slice of paradise. Entire dock to ourselves, not a soul in sight - a total ghost town (but give it two weeks and it’ll be heaving with tourists).
