Lately we’ve been soaking up some of the quieter corners of the Ionian, finding those peaceful little anchorages that remind us why we fell in love with this lifestyle in the first place.
Slow mornings. Sunshine. A good breakfast. A content boat cat. Nowhere urgent to be.
Of course, anyone who has spent time cruising the Ionian knows that this time of year doesn’t stay quiet for long! The bays begin to fill, the VHF gets busier, tavernas overflow, and suddenly the peaceful anchorages become floating villages overnight.
As much as we’ve enjoyed these last few weeks, there’s another reason we’re appreciating the slower pace…
Behind the scenes we’re preparing for a pretty major change in our lives.
We’re not quite ready to share all the details yet, but trust us when we say there has been a lot happening away from the camera lately, and the next chapter is shaping up to be one of the biggest we’ve ever taken on as a floating family.
For now though, we’re making the most of these final sunny moments, enjoying the view from the cockpit, cuddles with our furry crew, and squeezing every last drop out of this season before the madness descends on liveaboard life!
More soon… 👀
Thank you, as always, for being here and for supporting us through every twist and turn of this adventure.
