DESCRIPTION

Hi Everyone! I've been wanting to do some more gothic themed items because we are signed up for a few more gothic markets this year. This bookmark holder prints in two parts. There is an outer shell and an insert, so you can easily have multi color without color change.

I made the shell a bit thick, so that it can print with no supports. When I test printed it thinner, it wasn't sturdy enough to stay smooth enough for my liking. And I feel like the thickness really stands out. You could honestly even use it without the insert.

I test printed this one with transparent red. I thought it looked cool.

I've also included the little gothic window bookmark shown in the first photo.

I am currently test printing a Gargoyle statue. If you have been over on my socials, you have already seen him. I should hopefully have the last print going now. I had to adjust his little feet because I didn't quite have them touching the stone so they were failing. I'm super excited for this because we will be in Tennessee later this month for Forbidden Love / Tea and Tropes, and Rachel Gillig is one of the headliners, so you know I had to have my own sculpted gargoyle.

Here is a little peek of him in nomad. I'm so obsessed with him.

My Creative Process

I design all of my models from scratch. I mostly use Nomad Sculpt and occasionally Tinkercad for simple things. I do not use Generative AI in any of my design process. Check out my socials and other posts on here for sculpt and process videos. 😊
