DESCRIPTION
Well, last week my landlord texted me and told me I had to be out of the shop by the end of July (even though my lease is through the rest of 2026).
I immediately started looking at other places in Athens and found this! It’s 1200 sq/ft (only 300 less than my current shop) and it’s less than half the price. Now, it needs paint and it needs some power added, but that shouldn’t be too difficult. It also isn’t air conditioned which is unfortunate, but it’s at least somewhat insulated.
What are your guys’ thoughts? Having a cheaper rent would be really awesome and I think it’s still plenty big for me.
