So this is pretty much the opposite of the last option. It’s a kinda crappy, slightly smaller, bare metal shop. But, it’s private, on like 10 acres, and has a really cool vibe.
This is actually my landlord’s brother’s property. The main downsides is that it doesn’t have a bathroom, doesn’t have insulation, and the lot is gravel. The landlord says he’d be willing to build a bathroom/office and insulate it (which could be a cool process to film too). I’d also want to paint the inside/outside and possibly epoxy the floor.
This shop is definitely smaller than the other option, but it is a better layout. The property also isn’t as “nice”, no paved lot, old building, etc. But, I could essentially do whatever I want and I’d have plenty of storage for projects outside.
Thoughts? I feel like a lot has to happen to this place in 3 months for it to be ready to go so it’s tough to commit to. But, I do feel like the vibe here is better. Is that worth anything though? Idk.
