A couple of months ago I posted a video, “Heavenly Cubes,” about a letter which had been sent to the Seminole Tribe of Florida by a man named Donald. My father, who worked for the tribe in the office to which the letter had been sent, passed the letter on to me.
What I have here, also courtesy of my father, is a second letter from Donald. This letter was, apparently, sent to the tribe three months prior to the one I talked about in Heavenly Cubes. The first page of this letter is comprised entirely of Donald’s various stamps, with no hand-written words outside of a sign-off on the back.
The second page is much more interesting. It’s a photocopy of a sheet of graph paper in which Donald has drawn some sort of arches, and these arches are surrounded by various hand-written messages. (Note that the cut-off words are not a result of my scan of the page, but instead a result of Donald’s photocopying. What you see is exactly how it was mailed.)
I do not know what any of this means, but I thought it might be of interest to you. As with the previous letter, I've censored Donald's name, social security number, and PO Box number.
