Hello, dear patrons!
So, I'm thinking that the release will be sometime after Christmas, before New Year celebration. I'm finishing up the final renders and getting animations done as well. Have plenty of work left to do, but since I've planned this update to be shorter, it's more manageable. I'm thinking that this update will be in the ballpark of 800 renders or so, perhaps a bit more.
If my schedule stays stable, in the future I should be able to make an update of this scale within 2 months, give or take (I wish I to achieve that pace). But we'll see. Can never predict how things will go. Anyway, This episode is split into two parts, for the sake of production, as I said.
What to expect in Episode 9 Part 1?
Doing some investigations into Solomon's racket.
Helping out Sabrina.
Checking up on Mila and her progress.
Doing the job for Jess.
Standing up for Elizabeth.
And a few more scenes. (The fun stuff as well)
I'm liking this new approach. smaller chunks feel like things are, technically, going faster. Anyway, now that I reflect on it, I have plenty of things always going down in previous episodes, but now I'm trying to approach it more consciously. To look at each scene and see what can be done to break up the monotony or escalate things, if needed, of course. And additionally, not to shy away from heavier or less comfortable themes, or try and make situations more unpredictable to have depth. That being said, I'm still learning as I go, so I hope my efforts reflect in the quality.
