Hey everyone!
I'm here to show you the progress I've made since the last time. I managed to do the texture for the counter and I made a 2 and a 3-tile version of it. I added a chair too!Then I started to work on the cash register and I checked in the game that the Get to Work one would make the most sense to use as a base because the new Businesses & Hobbies kiosk is too modern for what I would like to achieve with this set and I can't figure out a good way to integrate the card swiping animation. Although I really would like to make something with that functionality. I will think about this more!
First my idea was to make a simple wooden, vintage cash register but I saw so many metal ones with a lot of ornamental decoration I had to choose that route instead. Of course it took a lot time to finish the texture but I think it fits so much into the atmosphere.
Then I wanted to start working on the clutter items but I felt I needed a wallpaper so I spent a day doing this wood paneling and I just know I'll regret it because of the 100 million imagize sizes I have to export. :D Not to mention I'm thinking about adding more styles.
I’m going to dedicate next week to all the clutter and see if I can finish the set by the weekend.
