This arc was a magical little detour! 🐲✨
I knew going in that this was a filler arc, so I wasn't expecting much more than a brief adventure before the crew finally reached the Grand Line. But instead I got completely swept up in it! There was something super warm and heartfelt about the entire journey from beginning to end. Even though this wasn't a part of the main plot, One Piece still found a way to hit me in my ALL of my feels.I love how much the Straw Hats just threw themselves into helping Apis & the dragon.How much it became their own fight, too!That's something I definitely love the most about this crew.Luffy doesn't want to be a hero, but he somehow ends up changing lives anyways.For over 60 episodes, the East Blue has felt enormous. We've met so many characters, visited so many islands, fought pirates, marines and everything else in between.
